Reside+ currently serves homeowners throughout the state of New Jersey.
On-site coordination means a Reside+ representative will be physically present at your home to oversee scheduled vendor appointments. We’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, answer questions, and provide a post-visit summary if requested.
Yes, you can cancel anytime. If you need to pause your service temporarily—for example, during extended travel—just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Unlike traditional property managers, Reside+ is built for modern homeowners—not landlords. We focus on personalized service, full transparency, and time savings. You’re in control, but we handle the coordination. Think of us as your home concierge, not a middleman.
Yes! Our One-Time Concierge Task service is available for $99 and includes personalized coordination, scheduling, and optional payment facilitation for one home service. It's a great way to experience our concierge service without committing to a monthly plan. If you decide to subscribe within 30 days, we’ll credit your $99 toward your first month.
