General Partnership
What is Reside+, and how does this relationship work?
Reside+ is a luxury homeowner concierge service. We handle client communication, scheduling, and billing. You provide the service — we make it seamless.
Am I an employee or subcontractor of Reside+?
No. You are an independent contractor and maintain full control over your business operations.
Who are your clients?
High-value homeowners — often dual-income professionals or second-homeowners — who expect responsive, quality service.
Payments & Fees
How do I get paid?
You receive 50% of your fee immediately after client approval. The remaining 50% is paid within 5 business days of final client payment.
Are there platform fees?
No. Reside+ absorbs all processing fees. You receive the full amount you quote.
Who collects payment from the client?
Reside+ handles all client billing and payment collection unless otherwise specified.
Job Process
How are jobs assigned?
Based on availability, location, and service category. We notify you directly with job details.
Who talks to the client?
Reside+ handles all client communication. You only step in when it’s time to do the work.
Can I submit my own quotes?
Yes. You may provide job-specific estimates or general pricing tiers. We handle client approvals.
Expectations & Standards
Can I charge a diagnostic or trip fee?
Our goal is to provide a top tier service to our clients. With that, we ask that all fees be waived or built into your submitted quote.
What communication standards do you expect?
You must respond to job-related messages within 24 business hours and maintain professional behavior at all times.
Legal & Protection
What if a client doesn’t pay?
We don’t release final payments to you until client payment is received. Deposits are paid immediately; final balances follow service completion confirmation and client payment.
What protects me in this relationship?
All vendors sign a Vendor Agreement detailing responsibilities, payment policies, and legal protections.
Can clients hire me directly?
No. Our non-solicitation policy prohibits direct client work for 12 months after your last Reside+ project.
